General conditions

The buyer is the party registered as the purchaser on the account. The buyer must be at least 16 years of age to shop at www.thugmonk.is. These terms apply to transactions between the seller and buyer as well as to the use of the online store www.thugmonk.is. The terms define the rights and obligations of the seller on one hand and the buyer on the other. To ensure the rights of both the buyer and the seller, we adhere to laws on rights, privacy, and electronic commerce (laws no. 77/2000, no. 30/2002, and no. 48/2003).

Prices

The total cost of purchasing a product is stated before the buyer confirms the order. It includes all costs associated with the order, including service, shipping fees, and more.

Confidentiality

The buyer commits to providing correct information when making a purchase, such as address and email. The seller guarantees the buyer full confidentiality regarding all information given in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

All personal information received by the seller is treated as strictly confidential and will only be used for completing the transaction.

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a full, unconditional refund policy for all products if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

Return Window

• For all products: 5 days from the date of delivery
• The item must be returned in its original condition

Refund Process

1. Once your return request is approved, ship the item back to us via regular postal service
2. Send us the postal receipt/tracking number
3. We will process your refund immediately upon receiving proof of shipping
4. The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Delivery Timeframes

• Handmade items: 7-14 days processing and delivery time
• Icelandic products: 3-4 days delivery time

Important Notes

• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds include the full purchase price of the item
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements.
